Mauri! Welcome to apply for the Sustainable Development Fund of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Kiribati (SDF 2026).

SDF is a direct financial aid to the recipient provided by the Chinese Embassy, which focuses on sustainable development, income generation, and livelihood improvement.

Applications for projects in 2026 are open from February 9th till March 13th, and the application forms shall be submitted in the form of hard copies to the Chinese Embassy office (lagoon side).

E-copy of the application form is attached to this notice.

We strongly recommend that applicants or endorsers provide information on the progress of previously approved projects and keep relevant members of the public informed, as this will help them obtain approval for their projects this year.
